While we are generally open every day, there may be rare occasions where our hours change or we have temporary closures. In such cases, we will announce it on our Instagram Stories, so we recommend checking before your visit.

【Customers arriving by train】

3-minute walk from Shimokitazawa Station on the Keio Inokashira Line and Odakyu Line

【Customers arriving by car】

Although we do not have a dedicated parking lot, there is a coin-operated parking lot two doors down. (Please refrain from parking on the street in front of the store.)

Ace Park Shimokitazawa 1st: 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM, 200 yen/10 minutes

◼️Customers who wish to view online store products directly at the physical store

Products listed on the online store may be stored in a warehouse rather than at the physical store. Please contact us by email with your planned visit date and time, and images of the desired products, by the day before.

・The cashless payment methods accepted at the store are as listed above.

・Cash payments are also accepted.

・Our store isn't duty-free.

◼️Barrier-free & Pet-friendly

Wheelchairs, strollers, and pets are welcome.

When visiting with a pet, as long as your dog is on a leash and you are mindful, they are allowed to walk on the floor.

Please note that we have fragile items such as vases on the floor, so please do not let your dog run. (We cannot be held responsible for any injuries that may occur.)
