Lefton is a ceramics manufacturer founded in Chicago in 1941.
From the 1950s to the 1960s, it rapidly grew by designing products in the US and manufacturing and exporting them from Japan, known for its high technical skills.
Known for its playful designs that reflected the trends of the time in America, its products are now highly valued as collector's items that showcase Japanese craftsmanship.
